It is imperative that our guests feel cared for and have peace of mind. We ensure that their every need is taken care of with our range of 24 hour services.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is carried out daily, plus when additionally required, to ensure our guests’ rooms are kept clean, tidy and homely.
Personal Assistants (PA)
Independence is the key for quality of life, no matter what our guests’ circumstances are. We are always mindful of this and look to improve upon it wherever possible. The PA team can help in many ways, from assisting with a lovely bath, getting up and dressed, retiring to bed and so much more.
Nursing
Many of our guests need care supervised by one of our qualified Nurses. Wentworth Grange was the first ever registered Nursing Home in Northumberland, and as such our experience in providing nursing care is second to none.
